Awoso Me hitmaker, Mzbel has described the reigning VGMA Artiste of the Year, Black Sherif as an ancestor whose sense of reasoning is unparalleled.
In a Facebook post recently, Mzbel said Blacko is highly conscious, spiritual, ancestor and an Old Soul.
“Blacko is highly conscious, spiritual and an Ancestor / Old Soul. I’ve learnt something valuable from him today on United Showbiz! No wonder my son picked him as a role model,” Mzbel posted.
Blacko seems to have won huge public admiration when he appeared on UTV’s United Showbiz on Saturday, May 13.
His responses to questions by the host MzGee has been widely praised as deep. Since the interview, a number of people including Despite’s Afia Pokua popularly as Vim Lady has applauded Blacko for being a deep thinker.
Of particular interest to netizens and his praise singers was a moment he was asked about claims that his feature on Sarkodie’s JAMZ album was what made the album a hit.
Blacko said there was no need to compare him to Sarkodie since the latter had been in the game and making hits far longer than he has been writing music.
Reacting to his response, Vim Lady wrote: “Small boy BIG BRAIN. You get sense pass many seniors I know. I pray God sustains you for years 🙏🏾”
On Saturday, May 6, Kwaku The Traveller hitmaker, Black Sherif was crowned VGMA24 Artiste of the Year.
He beat a tough competition from his closest rival, Piesie Esther who had been tipped as a likely candidate for the ultimate prize, Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, King Promise, Camidoh, KiDi, who is the reigning VGMA Artiste of the Year, and Joe Mettle.
Since then, his popularity keeps soaring particularly not just for his works but for his solid responses at recent interviews as well.
